Chicken white wine sauce



* A 1.6 kg chicken 
* 2 peeled apples
* 8 plum
* 16 green grapes peeled.
* 1 / 2 cup white wine
(Kind of perfect, white wine Txakoli)
* Olive Oil
* Salt
* Subject
