At Fletcher Aluminium we focus on providing the best window and door architectural systems and services - not available from anyone else.  We do this by understanding what our customers want from the buildings they plan to develop, live or work in and then delivering stylish and unique product systems.  As a result we have many patents and copyrights and have developed significant and specific markets in diverse international locations, as well as our large home business in New Zealand.
Whether a project is a large premium home, an apartment, a school or a spectacular highrise office building, we take pride in developing, manufacturing and servicing customers who seek something special from their building.  We do this with a team of people challenged to think and act in new ways, to continuously improve in the way we work and the products and services we deliver.  As a company with a strong financial profile, we also invest in world-class technology and break new ground in system development.
Through great people, working flexibly and trying new things - a triple thrust strategy we have named Breaking Out, Agility and Pioneering - our Vision is to provide the best architectural systems in every market we choose to operate.

Fletcher Aluminium is one of the businesses that form the Fletcher Building Group, a New Zealand and Australian based building materials manufacturer and distributor.
Fletcher Aluminium has a long history in the aluminium business. The Fisher® brand was first introduced in 1959. Oakley® Commercial originated in the late 1960’s and merged with Architectural Windows in 1977. Over the years Fletcher Aluminium has acquired other well recognised window brands such as Rylock® , Nebulite®, Vistalite® and ALTI® Timber Composite Windows & Doors.
Fletcher Aluminium supplies all of our window system extrusions from our plant in Auckland. This is a fully integrated operation that encompasses the design, development and testing of joinery and façade systems that are then extruded and surface finished all within our plant. The whole process is controlled through our integrated management system that covers our health and safety, quality, environmental and business processes to ensure the solutions that we develop and supply can exceed our customers expectations.
