Grilled lamb




* 1 kg lamb leg meat
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 2 cloves of garlic
* 1 cup white wine
* Salt
* Black pepper




Crushed garlic are close to the meat, then marinate the meat with salt and pepper, to the furnace for Fagor second floor from the middle up. Pour wine into pan and deep water and put in oven on the lowest level.
