Stuffed turkey thighs

* 2 pieces of turkey thigh meat (boneless already)
* 100 g pork tenderloin
* 50 g raisins
* 2 eggs
* 1 onion
* 1 carrot
* 1 bunch leeks
* ½ cup olive oil
* Salt and pepper



Shredded pork mixed with raisins and eggs. Then mixed with salt and pepper. Spread chicken pieces on a flat surface and the mixed band are mixed up. Two pieces of ham rolled back and tied with just a clever way and then put into pan. Scans are real olive oil on top. Tray in the oven for Fagor, choose the "Turbo Plus" at 150 º C, for 45 minutes.
